What is the difference between, Prime, Select, Choice, and all grade steaks?


And which of all these is the best/ leanest steak, to build muscle?

I think sirloin tips are all the fatty trimmings of the top sirloin

i guess there are all about the same for 8 oz raw- cube steak, bottom round steak, top round steak, sirloin tip steak-

320 cals
12 gram of fat and 50 grams of protein


for these cuts
