Hello Fellow Fat Chickers
I just joined this forum a few days ago, but, by no means am I a stranger to it.
I found this forum quite awhile ago and have browsed through it many times.
I had just started my 'weight loss and fitness' journey 3 wks ago and knew this would be a great place to get and offer tips, suggestions, inspiration, motivation, and inspiration!
Well, the list goes on.
I have about 50lbs to lose,
and I am doing well on my diet, but, I am having a hard time getting myself motivated to start working out
So, to get me moving I have offered a challenge for women like us, on youtube. It is a well known and successful 12wk program for wgt/fat loss, lean muscle building program.
I thought this would be a great way to keep me and others on board with our fitness & nutritional goals.
It is a tough program, but, it can be modified. I have done a lot of research on very unfit and overweight people doing this program and having remarkable results.
If you are interested in this challenge, want to offer support, or have any questions. Let me know.
I will be posting new videos of my progress weekly. To help keep me motivated, I would appreciate as much support as I can get.
I am taking a big leap doing this, but, I figured, this will hold me accountable. I know this sounds crazy, but, I know this is the only way I will stick to it!
