100 lb. Club - Is Biggest Loser Cardio Max high or low impact?

I know it has "modified" versions of jumping jacks, jump rope, etc but if you don't do the modified versions would you classify it as low or high impact? I'm tracking cardio on sparkpeople.com but I can't figure out which category I'd put this into.
Sorry I don't have an answer for ya... You might want to try posting your question on the exercise thread. ???

High impact is if both feet ever leave the ground. Low impact is if 1 or your feet is always on the ground. So modified jumping jacks are low impact, real jumping jacks are high.
