I'm not exactly new but I havent been on here since April. Things have been so busy that I havent had time to focus on me. I had my 26th birthday at the beginning of the month and made a commitment to focus on myself. Since then, I'm down 12 pounds. I have a long way to go but I know I can do it. Plus these support forums are great motivation to keep going (even when you dont want to).
Its great to sometimes think about ourselves. How else can we take care of others unless we are healthy ourselves? Glad you are ready to focus on yourself.
