Default Out of the 190's!

So I finally made it into the 190's and am really excited about getting out of them and well on my way to goal.
So here's to anyone else who wants to join and we can all help motivate each other on our way out!! What are you doing that's been working for you? Anything you use in particular for inspiration? Spill it!

Congratulations! I just made it out of the 190s and it feels great. I can't really say what's worked for me because I haven't been trying that hard lately, but I know there was a "getting out of the 190s" thread around here awhile ago that might be worth looking into. Good luck!

I saw that previous thread before too... I tried to revive it, but it didn't seem to take. I am hoping that a new crowd of ladies are coming in to the 190s and want out!
Who's with me?!


I'll go first... I have been in the 190s now for just over a week. My weight loss stalled. Then I started inching toward the 180s, but relapsed recently. I need to remember why this means so much to me and get back on track. I have decided that maybe the same workout every day 7 days a week wasn't for me a couple weeks ago... which would be why I got tired of it. I am usually very good with rigid schedules, but I started back to school for a few classes this week and it's thrown off my whole schedule, not to mention I'm pulling o/t at work too. (I used to work out right when I got home from work.) So, long story short, I re-evaluated my situation today and decided I will aim for exercising 4 days a week and count all my calories on a website so I stay in line and don't guesstimate anything.

BTW - Congrats smisen!! I remember seeing you in the old 190s thread!!
caliyah - can't wait for you to join too!!

Ditto. For some reason I'll go down 2 lbs, then up 1, then down 0.5 - its like a friggin roller coaster.

definitely! i've just had this big whoosh after TOM ended so i'm hoping i can keep this up = ) we can do this ladies!

just wanted to bump this up...

unfortunately my weight has been fluctuating lately. I've been struggling to stay below the 200 line for the past two weeks. I just signed up for a gym this Friday and I'm kicking this whole weight loss journey into high gear. = )

Hey ladies! I'm trying to make it back out of the 190's. I was down to low 180's then had both my grandmothers pass away. Well gained and now I need to get it back off! I weighed in at 195 this morning.

I've been looking for this thread! Yay! I just got into the 190's today. I reached my highest weight ever of 200 and started counting calories and walking. I dropped an lb so far....which puts me in the 190s.
