Default Trying once again...

Several years ago I was an LA Weight Loss Member. I was successful in losing 89 pounds in a little over a year. I moved out of the area and couldn't find a center where we now lived. Sadly, I have regained a good portion of weight back again...I am ready to begin again. I did my initial take off phase and am starting the Red Plan. Does anyone know if there are similar bars to the LA Lites that I can buy in the grocery store, etc.? You help is appreciated.

Luna bars, Kashi bars, and Zone bars are all similar to the LA Lites. You can find these on the diet supplement isle of your walmart

Micky:

The LAWL Bars were 180/190 Calories and 8 grams of Protein. If you look for that information, you can use just about any bar that meets that requirement.

I don't know about the fat comparison though. It may or may not effect your WL.

Good Luck!
