And yes I know that I just posted yesterday a self congratulatory post about making it into the 230's... but I'm just so darn excited!!!!!

As of today I've lost 140 POUNDS!!!!!!! In less than 11 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!! I'm stoked. Really stoked.

And I'm also left wondering... how much freaking water WAS I retaining because this makes 13 lbs lost in 12 days! I know that surgery can do that to you but WOW!!!!

Just sharing :) And you know what? What DC said yesterday was so true. If I can do this ANYONE can do this!

You really did lose another person, 140 is my goal weight! Plus...another 10 pounds and you will have lost the entire person you want to be at goal weight. That is super amazing, you deserve to be this excited :hug:

Thanks for posting pic of you in an XL! You have accomplished what few have....you are an awesome testimonial not to have bariatric surgery.

For those of us who were late on your journey, how did you handle the exercise portion from the beginning to where you are now? As far as how many times a week and for how many hours and minutes a day? Would you please tell us again...sorry, I know I am not the only one the would like to know.

Congrats doesn't seem like enough...too bad we don't have a weight loss award for the biggest losers and maintainers. I am in awe of it all. Dedication truly works...you make all our excuses weak. Thank you.

Thanks everyone! Your support means the WORLD to me.

Someone had asked about exercise

I didn't start exercising at the beginning. I slowly started walking and doing some light yoga. I did those about 3 times a week. Sometimes less. This spring I started WALKING and am now up to 4-5 miles three times a week. Still doing yoga as well 2-3 times a week. My next goal is to start weight training in order to tone a bit :)
