This is just me being curious again.

During your TOM, does your weight increase and if yes, for how many days?

Yeah mine does about 4-7 pounds. I usually start seeing the increase about a week before I start and that shows up with other symptoms, swelling, bloating, cravings, etc.

My weight stays up for my cycle and though it may dip at times, it just stays high until a few days after. Then it starts going down.

i usually gain between 7 to 13 pounds.. it usually starts a few days before..and about a week afterwards its gone. It goes up and down in between...for example yesterday when i steped on the scale i was down 1.9..but today up .9...

but im still up 8 pounds from a week ago..tom left today so next week will be my true weight.

I get the munchies attack during TOM....pretty bad. My weight fluctuates by going up couple lbs during TOM but goes down (assuming I've been OP ;)) soon after I'm done. But I have had times when my weight has gone down by .5 to 1 lb during TOM. :dizzy:

LOL - it's odd how different we all are. I've always had weight fluctuation, but reading this I shouldn't gripe! About 5 days before I start going up, and retain about 2 - 3 lbs until the day I start. As soon as I start, it reverses, and by the time TOM is over, it's gone.

What's really kind of cool is because I retain (relatively) little, if I'm really sticking to plan and exercising well, etc., I'll stay stable the week before, and then lose 4-5 pounds in one week!

I basically maintain during my ToM week or see a small (0.2-0.6 lb) increase. Two days after I am done, my weight drops 1.5-2 lbs.

However, this is relatively new phenomenon for me. I used to lose like crazy during ToM (3-4 lbs that week). It's only since I got much closer to goal that I have stop losing like that.

Peace, Heather
