Monday -

B:
yogurt - 3
strawberries - 1

cole slaw - 1
zucchini - 0
rice cake - 1
nectarine - 1

Snack:
luna bar - 4

D:
skim milk - 2
corn - 1
chips and hummus - 4
chicken taquitos - 6
cheese - 3

TOTAL = 28

Exercise:
run - 20 min (WAY too hot!!)
walk - 40 min
(+5 pts)

animal crackers - 1 (didn't bring any breakfast to work today!)

L:

personal veggie pizza (didn't eat the crust) - 11
salad - 4

D:

salad w/ ff rw vinegrette dressing - 2
salmon - 2 (really small piece)


Exercise: treadmill 30 min/2 miles

Total = 20 pts.
