My mother gave me an old Weight Watchers recipe book and some of the recipes look great. The problem is that although there is information about fat and calories per serving, there is no information about fiber. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd like to calculate the points for some of these recipes. TIA.

There are many recipe analyzers on the net...you can find them by doing a search. Then you input the ingredients and it'll tell you the nutritional breakdown. I use Mastercook on my computer and enter all my recipes there. Makes the points computation simple.

You can also note the fiber from the label of the ingredients you put in your recipe. The divide by the number of servings.

Also a good source is Corinne T. Netzer book The Complete Book of Food Counts. 840 pages pocketbook size $7.50 U.S. It has calories, carbs, protein, sodium, chol.fat and fiber.
