Default Hi! New to forum, on MRC diet now!
Hi room! My name is Summer and I am mom to a 20 month old boy named Kade. I am on Metabolic Research Center diet and I was googling recipes and I found this site! HOW PERFECT! I have so far lost 12.5 lbs (I cheated this weekend grrrrr) and so the support group looks GREAT! I have a LOT of weight left to lose! At least another 50 lbs...........so I will check in on this daily now! Thanx!

Awesome congrats!

MRC is Metabolic Research Center. So far I'm down 12.5 lbs in a few weeks. =) Only 50 to go! Well I haven't set an exact goal I suppose I should!

Mine is 180 i havent seen that since highschool and that was big for back then lol. It sucks because most of the fat kids i grew up with became buffed or skinny except me that sucks

Congrats on the smoking! Your not even to the super easy part yet! Wait til that year passes! I quit almost 3 years ago when I got pregnant and now I can't even STAND to smell smoke! I haven't wanted a cig in 2 years! Are you at that point yet where they make you want to vomit?

I smoked for 21 years, 2 packs a day. I quit cold turkey and have not had a craving or withdrawal, not even once. My boyfriend still smokes but he does it outside...not for fear that I will cave in and want one but because the smell truly digusts me now

That's FABULOUS! I made mine quit` puthim on Chantix LOL.

WELL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN!

I smoked 15 years......pack a day.l.......YUCK>.......
