I'm still here.
I got a new video.
It's a DVD that let's you mix your own workout from 10 possibilities. Each segment is 10 minutes long. They are yoga and pilates oriented. I put 3 together today and made it through.
I'm going to try for a little time on the bike later.
I'm overdoing it because my vacation starts Thursday and I know I'll be inactive and overfed for 5 days.

PNG- I'm glad to hear you are feeling better all that swelling stuff and hurt feet was sort of scary huh? Ease back in slowly.

Question Am I the only one moving my butt?

I am really on a roll, so to speak! I have logged in two miles yesterday and three today. I am working hard on my 55 pound goal by the end of July (5 pounds to get there).

How is everyone else doing??
14 miles walked this month~~

Talking walking walking walking

It's funny, I am actually not minding this exercise as much as I thought I would! I wish I started sooner cause I KNOW I would be much smaller by now-man does it burn those calories! I did 4 miles yesterday in two sessions and two miles today. So...add 6 miles to my total!!

I like the idea of a personal walking goal too! I will make mine 60 miles for July, I am 1/3 there already!!

i haven't been exactly a slug, but i've sure felt guilty about not posting!!!

monday, a mile walk

tuesday, a half mile walk because i had the support group meeting at night, which involves a whole lot of walking through the hospital and a late night, and since i have trouble with extreme fatigue when i overdo, i didn't want to risk it.

wednesday, paid for tuesday, plus another late night because of dinner at my boss's house, so that i was WAYYYY too tired on

thursday, but i felt so guilty that i walked [faster than usual] across a large parking lot to the little shopping center, and then back. not much, but it did increase my respiration, and then i fell into bed last night and slept soundly for about 7 hours.

so that TODAY

friday. i walked a mile, plus another 300 feet. stopping only to tie my shoes.

it's a drop in the bucket compared with what you other ladies, do, but i'm still rehabbing my lungs...

at least i keep moving. well, most of the time.

Havent walked in the past two days and I feel like a total slacker! A friend gave birth this week to twin girls born a month early- 3 pounds 12 ounces, and 3 pounds 13 ounces. I saw them in the hospital and got to hold one (and try to feed her which is NOT easy when all they want to do is sleep and push the bottle out of their mouths!!) Anyway, that is no excuse--I am definately gonna walk today and hope to report some great mileage later.
Happy exercizing all!

Got in three walks - 15 min. ea and did waterworkout three times. ALSO - pulled my Nordic Track cross country out from the wall, managed to get on and did ONE WHOLE MINUTE. Don't want to overdo it but it was a start. This is WHOLE LOTS more than I've done for a good while.
