This is a must try it is the most amazing and filling. Great for anytime of day and especially a hot summer day.
Mix:
1/2 cup....Oatmeal - Quick or Old Fashion (NOT INSTANT)
1/2 cup....nf milk, I use light plain soymilk
1/4 cup....nf yogurt or greek yogurt
I mix in blueberries and raisins, but you can mix in anything you like.
Mix together, cover and leave in fridge overnight. The next morning you can slice bananas or other fruit, add cinnamon, or a little honey. ENJOY!!! :)
P.S. You do not have to cook the oatmeal before hand; just mix in dry.
