New to this forum. I joined the community forever ago- and didn't keep up. I am 35, just lost 20 pounds- then seemed to lose my motivation. Planning to add exercise- now that the kids are back in school. Long term goal is 61 more pounds, short term goal is 15 more in the next 2 months- before vacation.
This seems like a great group- look forward to getting to know everyone better- and to your advice/support.

I have found that posting in the daily chat really helps me stay on program. Eveyone is really encouraging and supportive!

Welcome, and best of luck with everything, and as said above getting involved in a char or challenge is a great way to keep motivated

This is a great place for motivation, and support. We all have a lot of the same struggles. And, it's nice to celebrate others achievements as well!
