Hi everyone! I'm on the low carb diet. Was doing a fantastic job and then all of a sudden, I have gained 3 pounds!!!! I started on June 2, 2009 and lost 25 pounds by Aug 1, 1009...and then BOOM!
I'm gaining! I did stop working out so much....do you think that was it? I'm starting back on that starting tomorrow!!! I have another 30 pounds to go and need all the support I can get! Uh, but the way, how do you get the weight loss bar on your posting? Thanks!
