A Big Fat Hello!
Hey there! My name is Anita I live in Indiana with my husband, Chris and our pup, Buck-a-roo. We moved to Fort Wayne six years and for me, 100 pounds ago! Shortly after we got married I found myself gaining weight which I attributed to moving out on my own and being comfortable and happy.
About 18 months ago I went on a diet and lost 21 pounds over about 6 months, from 230 to 209 and I was SO excited and doign really well. Then A year ago I changed jobs and I have noticed the weightr creeping up again and I WON'T LET IT! This time I am serious and I will get back to a normal weight. At just under 5'1" I'm just too heavy!!
My new office has a fitness center and two full kitchen and I have EXTENDED lunch hours everyday to eat and work out! I have been here for a year and I am finally comfortable to start working out with my clients and co-workers!
