Anyone here been on Fat Loss 4 Idiots?? I keep trying but I always slip off it on the fruit and vegetable days. I work out a lot and do an intense martial arts class everyday so just fruit or just vegetables doesn't cut it for me. I'm wondering if I just skip the fruit and vegetable days, for example fruit day is day 2 so after day 1 I'll just eat day 3 the next day, if it will still work.
