Hello, This seems like a great site to give and get encouragement, so I figured I'd join in the fun. I just jumped on with Metabolic Research Centers about 2 weeks ago. Just finished my preconditioning and started the fat burning process. I'm 5.6 1/2, 194 pounds (when I started) and just hit 189 today. It really seems to be coming off slower than they told me it would, yet I'm adhering STRICTLY to the program. I hope this gets easier. Looking forward to sharing and getting some good advice.

5 pounds in 2 weeks- that sounds like a great start to me! Everyone seems to lose at different rates, so try to focus on your success. Sticking to your plan for two weeks is a huge success in itself- some weeks it will show on the scale more (or less) than others. It can be frustrating to try so hard and not get the results you expected, but it WILL catch up. Congratulate yourself each day you stay on plan, and don't let the scale get you down. But like I said, 5 pounds in 2 weeks is awesome, and you are well on your way!

You will get LOTS of support and information on this site- and laughs, too!
