Default I'm Back

I can't believe it, and I am so ashamed of myself! I was doing so good, and all of a sudden somehow I got side tracked, and have gained back most of the weight I lost. Well actually I know how, but I really have to get back on the wagon.

I know I can do it. So starting tomorrow morning it is back on track and sticking to it. I planned to lose it all before I turned 50 but, not going to happen so rather than setting any unrealistic goals. My goal is going to be to each right everyday of the week, and allow myself one treat per week, and to exercise at least 5 day's per week.

Welcome back! I missed you!
No deadlines in lifestyle changes. You CAN do this. I lost weight after 50, and you can to!!!

I just returned the other day, too. After bolting, gaining back a bunch of the weight I worked sooo hard to lose, last year. It was hard, coming back and admitting it. But It is getting a little easier, each day. And everyone has been lovely and re welcoming.

Welcome back!!! It rocks that you came back. Time to take another run at this hill, girl. If we get our momentum up we can reach the top.

Thank you for the warm welcome back everyone. I was so ashamed of myself for slipping, that I almost was afraid to post again. So I am back, and there is no stopping me now.

No sweat - don't be ashamed. EVERYONE slips now and again. You aren't a failure UNLESS you give up - and you haven't - you are back here.

Honestly, it doesn't matter how long it takes, only that you keep trying!

You really CAN do this, and we are here to help you get back at it
