Hi Im Danielle.. Im 32y/o with a 5 almost 6 year old son. Right now I live in Belgium but am scheduled to move back state side next year. I came here to hopefully get some inspiration and motivation to lose some weight. About a year an a half ago I was put on an anti depressant Effexor and it helped me lose about 15# but about 3 months ago I was emotionally ready to get off of my meds. Im 5'3" tall and I weight 170#. I realize Im not obese but I do realize Im not in the healthy range. I find it hard to talk to my friends about it because they are also over weight, more than I am and its like kicking someone when they are down. I try talking to my therapist about it, but again she is obese. I find it hard talking to people who are overweight themselves... BUT I do need some support and motivation. I sure hope I can find it here and I look forward to meeting a bunch of great ladies here
