Hi ladies I'm back to Phase 1... I went to the beach last week and I stuck to it all the way down but as soon as I got there =( it was horrible... I decided to try and enjoy the end of my summer and restart tom which I'm trying really hard to do. I start school tom and its hard to keep SB food with you while your in class and its hot out. Any tips are appreciated.
I thought about cheese sticks, nuts, maybe some lunchmeat that wont go bad.
I dread weighing in tomorrow morning to see how much I gained =( Hopefully not too much.
