South Beach Diet - New Here!

I've posted in the Bio section and also posted in the July thread, but wanted to introduce myself to the group.

I've read the book again (originally purchased it in 2004) and got started on Monday. This is such a healthy way of eating and I'm loving it so far!

I'm finishing up day 5 of Phase 1 and it has gone really, really well! I look forward to getting to know everyone here and offering support where I can. This looks like a great place for support and information.

It is a great spot here! Welcome! Day 5 you're almost half way there. I'm pretty new. Finishing up week 13. I really feel great and am finding this WOL very agreeable.

This is a great forum! I've learned so much and have gotten tons of encouragement, tips, and tricks.

SO glad you read the book first. Check out the stickies in the FAQ to make sure your lists are up to date; the older book has older lists.
