Can anyone recommend any decent dance videos that give you a good workout? mainly belly dancing im interested in, but any dance dvds, im a bit bored with my regular workout dvd everyday and am looking for something more fun that will give results.

I have Hip Hop Abs and I really enjoy it. The set is progressive. I believe the first workout is like 35 minutes but the 'Level 2' workouts go up to 45-50 minutes. Also the same instructor has a set of DVD's called Rockin Body, it's more intense than HHA and I enjoy them as well.

Oh and I do Zumba locally, but I've heard some of the Zumba DVD's are really great.

I have a brazillian dance dvd that is pretty challenging. Also the Dancing With the Stars cardio dvd is fun but difficult.

Any dancing is good exercise. The more you move, the more you burn. My motto.

I'm not sure if you would consider this a dance video, but I tried Cardioke by Billy Blanks Jr. earlier this week and it was great! Definitely incorporates some dance moves!
