I have officially been working out for 1 whole week! I have been to the gym 3 times and I've (mostly) stuck to my diet. I have lost: *drumroll*

2 lbs!

Could it have been more? Sure :) But I'm just getting in the swing of it.

It's so exciting! I feel like I can actually do this because this past week really wasn't hard or anything! I blogged about it too, and I also have pictures up on my blog. Lookie! - Blog! (http://katiegoesskinny.blogspot.com)

2 lbs is Huge!! Look at it this way: in 6 weeks, it'll be 12! Keep up the great work! :) :hug:

Still happy dancing today! I was so motivated by the 2lbs that I got up and went to the gym this morning even though it wasn't a planned day. And it's Saturday! I worked out on a Saturday!

awsome....2 pounds per week is the way to go...easier to keep it off in the long run....the most important part is that you mentioned it wasn't that hard doing the week..........Imagine 2 pounds every week, on the average that is 8pounds per month, 12 months x 8 pounds is 96 pounds a year later. Take it day by day, sweetie....

Just the light is different in Gulf Shores than anywhere on earth, have you noticed that? I'm an LA native is how I knew. :)
