I read time and time again that planning is key, planning your workouts, planning your meals, etc. Well I had today's meals all planned out which included baked chicken fingers for lunch. I was at the grocery store today so I picked up some raw chicken. Well I just opened it up and it's spoiled, stunk to high heaven! The sell-by date isn't for another 2 days either :mad::mad::mad: So despite my careful planning and my best intentions something got in the way and I'll have to improvise. I suppose this is something I'll just have to get used to:D Now my lunch will be a ham wrap and a nectarine but man I was really looking forward to those chicken fingers!

I know, that happens here too, the grocery stores aren't as careful about handling the foods in the summer heat (getting it refrigerated fast enough).

ham wrap sounds tasty, but I know how you feel when your mind gets focused on something else and you have to regroup, ha.
