I've made my original goal, but now I've decided there is still room for improvement. I don't really consider this lifestyle "dieting" anymore. It's more like I'm in training now. I've set some fitness related goals rather than a goal to reach a certain weight.
I think the biggest difference is in my attitude. Look how miserable I looked in picture 2 compared to the last picture. A co-worker suggested that the last picture doesn't accurately portray my loss because of the style of the dress, so I may take a different picture soon. The last picture was take before my 20th high school reunion last weekend.
