Default KIND Bars
Anyone try these? I've had the fruit and nut delight and it tastes good.

What are your thoughts on the nutrition info?

They have quite a bit of fat.. I'm assuming due to the nuts. I'm trying to limit my daily fat intake to 20 grams, but I forgive some of the fat because it has the bars have a low GI...around 45-55 on most... I don't really follow a GI diet, but try to eat foods that are lower on the scale.. Am I too all over the place?

Hi...I've never heard of these Bars....They're called Kind Bars?

Yeah, KIND Fruit & Nut Bars or KIND PLUS Bars... From KIND Healthy Snacks..

I first saw them at Starbucks. =)

I've had them before, they are good. I see them all the time at health food stores and some grocery stores.

I've had 1 or 2 of the flavors, but it was a few years ago. I should check them out again -- I've been trying to eat more fat lately.
