Default Hello Everyone!
Well my name is Ale, For many years i been telling myself that im going to loose some lbs but never really did it, well about a month ago i put my mind to it and so far i lost 10 lbs!!!

I would love to make some new friends on here

Eating 5 times a day, drinking lots of water and working out 2 times a day.
