South Beach Diet - August Weightloss Targets?

Yup, it's that time again so post your target loss and I'll make a sticky for August when I have enough.

Anybody else? Surely more than sixteen of us want to lose some weight in August!

I am shooting for a 5 lb drop in august!!!!

I'm also shooting for dropping 5 pounds.

I'm just starting, and I lost 5 pounds in the first two days (water weight, of course), so I'm aiming for 10!!

Since I gained in July, I'll go for 2 in August
