Thumbs up New workout DVD's, Motivational image site, Getting pumped back up

YAY! In the middle of doing The Shred workout video (while doing the chest flys on the floor, of course, why would I be standing already?), drenched with sweat and panting UPS showed up with my new workout DVD's!
I bought the newer Biggest Loser workout DVD's set from Amazon.com. There's 4: Cardio Blast, Strength training, Yoga and Boot Camp. I'm excited because I won't be watching super skinny, already super fit people working out in yoga postions someone with my girth can't possibly get into or doing cardio moves that my body won't move to! The workouts are done and lead by The Biggest Loser coaches and constestants, not all of whom are "skinny"! They're also a "step series" so I can start at step 1 and go up to step 3! I'm just pysched about these workout videos... course I wasn't pysched enough to put one in after The Shred was done kicking my butt. Those of you who do/have tried the shred, ya know what I mean. I'm lucky I can get up off the floor!

Also, I found a link for a very NIFTY site out of my Goodhouse Keeping magazine! Its free. You load a body photo of yourself, set your weight and it bends the photo showing you what you'd look like "thinner." The only problem is that it can only take off so much weight (the photo will only "bend" so much) at a time so it'll only show me what I look like at an 80 pound lost, not my ultimate goal but it was still pretty awesome. You can then print it off and keep it for motivation! If anyone wants a look its www.weightmirror.com.

So as you can tell I am in a much better head space than I was a few days ago. I took a certain persons advice on my Hee-Haw post and aimed for one good day. I did pretty good yesterday. They were right, its been huge motivation for having a good day today!

Thank you all for the awesome support.

Awesome!! I love the Biggest Loser workout DVDs. I have 5 of them plus 3 of Jillian's DVDs. I am not currently incorporating them in my routines but I have in the past and I will again . Have fun with them, haha
