General chatter - A wrong made right

I had written a long post a few days ago about being wronged by our cable TV company. (I can't find the post now). Just wanted to let everyone know that I received a letter today from the company. They wanted to let me know that the $400.00 would be refunded into my bank account today. An apology ensued and a "sorry for the inconvenience". Thanks everyone for your help and support on this unpleasant situation.
I can't describe how much better this has made me feel. I always think we should stand up for what we believe in and fight if we think we were done wrong.

I'm so glad that they fixed it for you! It is only right! What did they think your son was going to do, call from Iraq to set his cable up in the first place? Of course it was in your name! :) I know the $400 is a load off of your shoulders, too. :hug:
