Shhhh....I'm whispering because I don't want my scale to know that I saw this, for fear that it will bounce back up again. But this morning....I saw that I have lost 40 pounds. I'm keeping it a secret for now because my official weigh-in day isn't until Friday, but I thought I would just tell a couple of you. But don't tell anyone. I don't want it to get back to my scale!
