Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.
I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.
Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.
This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) Newbies to this thread always welcome!

I'm so glad all of you join me on this thread. I may not reach my goals very often, but knowing I'm reporting in here and seeing all of you REALLY does help me!
My goals for today:
40 points or less
32 oz water
1 fruit
1 vege
exercise especially since I didn't yesterday

My goal today is to NOT visit Wendy's for lunch. I need to stick with the healthy meal I brought to work from home. WILLPOWER!!

Good Morning,
Same old, same old. Still trying to stay under 2000 calories. No point in lowering that number when I have to really focus just to get there. Also, I plan to get lots of veggies in today.

Hello All,
Today's plan:
Eat when hungry and don't overeat.
No crackers or cereal
Drink some water and write down how much. (surely I can do this.)

my goal for today is to write out my goals. I took the first step today and got on the scale for the first time in a looong time. So haveing done that, I plan to make a plan.

Welcome. Great goal. I find writing them down helps, too. A plan is a good thing. :carrot:

I must drink A LOT of water today, I don't know how much that is, but I'll feel it when I've had enough! Its my TOM and I'm trying really hard to keep the bloat down, and not let it get to me.

Hey Mescelestus. Great Goal. Any tricks? I am having a hard time drinking my water. Even had the dd make me a sign for the fridge....but that isn't working.

My goal for today was to attempt to ride my bike, I didn't because it's been raining all day. Hopefully I'll attempt to ride it tomorrow. :crossed: Though rain has been forecast .

I exercised and got my water and vege in. No fruit though and toooo many points.

I failed. But I'm OK with that because I had a very ritualistic goodbye lunch at Wendy's. I've said goodbye forever
