Ok so I am poorly off work, got sinus and ear infection, i feel miserable! Could just eat! but i dont have the energy to make anything.....crisps and choc are so easy to grab?!

It would be so easy to grab but th sugar and salt would make u feel even worse!! Try something healthy and don't forget your goal!! Feel better!!
