Can you recommend a good toning DVD?
So, here I sit with my Richard Simmons VHS tapes stacked along side my Tony Little VHS tapes and I just can't do them anymore. I need new DVD's that are going to make me want to get off my duff and get down to the business of toning my body.
What are your favorites?
Right now I am doing 25+ minutes on the elliptical in the morning and 10 minutes on it in the evening. I need to mix it up a little bit. And, I think I need some weight stuff, too.
Thanks!

Yeah. I entered a biggest loser spin off thing at my gym and my trainer had us work with resistance bands a lot. They are very versitile!
As far as a DVD, I have a sample of the biggest loser workout DVD, so far I like it alright. Generally I'm not a big fan of working out with DVDs but if I were I'd consider buying that one

Jillian Michaels Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism (its a killer). Jillian Micheal's No More Trouble Zones, Biggest Loser Boot Camp, and Biggest Loser Cardio Max. These workouts are awesome! i've been mixing them all up for a month and i've lost 5 inches!

I have a Prospirit resistance band. Bought it at target. It has comfortable handles and a protective sleeve so you don't tear it on rough surfaces.
