So, I was printing out stuff for my *new* diet plan starting tomorrow! (don't all new diets always end up happening on a monday?)

I couldn't afford a new gym membership this month, and it seems all of my previous workout dvd's have magically disasappeared! (isn't it strange how that always happens?)

So, i've scurrying around the house trying to find out what to do. Then I remembered my beloved Netflix!

I jumped on the computer, and after much anticipation, clicked on the 'watch instantly' tabs.

Okay, fine, i'll get to the point. Now, call me crazy, but I had NO IDEA that they had such a cool thing on netflix!

You can actually get tons of workout dvd's on netflix, to WATCH INSTANTLY!!! i'm so excited for tomorrow! I'm not advocating or anything for netflix, but let me say, it's a great deal for less then $10 a month! Okay...

My happy rant is over. I just thought I should share with 3FC!!! :carrot::hug:

Yeeeeeeeees.

I love Netflix. =)

My computer is too slow and too old to watch instantly, but I get the DVDs.

Great idea! I also have Netflix. Also, if you have FREE ON DEMAND, there is lots of great stuff there--including Part 1 and 2 of JM 30 Day Shred.

My poor queue is always about half full of workouts. I have saved a lot of money by trying out workouts before buying them. Yay, Netflix!

I just love Netflix and that watch instantly feature is great. Sometimes I use the workout DVDs there just for something different.

Cool...I've streamed NetFlix through my 360 for a while now and never knew they had diet videos :) I will check these out.

That feature is great isn't it? I've been doing that for a while :). If you have Comcast they have TONS of workout videos On Demand, too ;).

My son is sold on Netflix and I have been thinking about getting it. This would be a plus for having it. I didn't realize that Comcast's On Demand also has workout videos.
