I haven't been on for at least a week. Probably a bad sign. I am hiding. I haven't lost anything for two weeks, but I know why in the last week anyway....coz I ate what I wanted!!!
I am back on from today.
I have to count each day or I'm in trouble. I need to drink 6-8 water, and I need to keep up the exercise.
I did a 10k walk today so that feels good.
I wuld love some support if anyone reads this. Again I'm feeling a bit lost.
