Default I ain't doing so well!!

Hi

I haven't been on for at least a week. Probably a bad sign. I am hiding. I haven't lost anything for two weeks, but I know why in the last week anyway....coz I ate what I wanted!!!
I am back on from today.
I have to count each day or I'm in trouble. I need to drink 6-8 water, and I need to keep up the exercise.
I did a 10k walk today so that feels good.
I wuld love some support if anyone reads this. Again I'm feeling a bit lost.

We all feel a bit lost from time to time . . . I think tracking is a great idea until such time as you are comfortable with portions etc

Do you have a plan for the rest of the week?

And that is a HUGE walk!! Awesome

You're back here for support so that means something. Sounds like you know what you need to do. Look at the success you have had so far, you know what was working so get back to it! You CAN do this! Great job with the exercise!

Besides tracking food I find checking in here everyday helps me stay accountable.
