Vegetarian Chicks - What's for dinner tonight? (veg or vegan)

Just looking for some new, tasty ideas. :hun:

Sweet potato oven-fries with chipotle veganaise. ...Okay that was for breakfast, but I'm stuck for inspiration myself! My usually-reliable veg magazines and Veganomicon are of no help to me either. Can one get writer's block in the kitchen!?! :dizzy:

The other night i made falafel, and my kids really like lentil tacos. I also make fajitas/burritos/tacos a.lot!

Finally found a recipe I feel like making! It will be for tomorrow though, after I buy all the ingredients: sautéed chorizo sausage and greens (from Vegan Brunch by Isa Chandra Moskovitz). Yay!
