Hello! My name is Angela and I have been a member for a while but have just never posted. I have been struggling with trying to lose weight for several months now and have had a very hard time with it so I have joined WW 3 weeks ago. I also started the couch to 5 K program and I am on week 2 just completed workout 2 tonight. I also do weights on Tuesday and Thurs. I have lost 2 lbs since starting to walk/diet in May. I was wondering if anyone out there is doing the C25K program and what speed you started the jogging at? Also any tips for why I am having trouble dropping the weight? I do take meds for seizures and know that that can cause some weight gain so it may be holding me back a bit. My roommate has been following the same plan and has lost 15 lbs....
