LA Weight Loss - Is anyone else from FS Forum?

Hey Everyone! I'm not new to this site but I'm starting FS again. I used to go on FS forum all the time and I REALLY miss it! I'm hoping to meet some new FS buddies on here. My husband and I are starting again tomorrow and I'm a little anxious. We had the help of his parents last time so this time I'M the one to be cooking. Excited for the future support! :hug:

there is a yahoo group for fat smash, small but friendly group.

I miss FS forum too...there were loads of recipies, etc...I wonder if there is anything like that around here?

There is a sub-forum you will see right at the top of this Fat Smash page that is like 10 pages of recipes. This forums doesn't have a lot of activity but there are a few people that post semi-regularly here. :)
