Hey everybody! After a short stint off of the wagon, I'm back and I come bearing photos.

Only a few today. Here are some side views from my wedding day (11/23/05) and no idea what I weighed, september of last year when I weighed in at 212 lbs, and today, weighing in at 168.6 in my size 8 jeans.

Can hardly believe that it's me in the new photos. I'd been the old photo version of myself for far too long. On my way to goal, once more!

I haven't been following any plan in particular, I've mostly just been counting calories, keeping track of portion control, and exercising. Boy it's been a long year.
