Default weight tracker finally! 18 kg in 3 mon?

I finally got a weight tracker! I'm in week three and the loss has slowed. I lost 2kg my first week and my weight has not gone down since. It actually goes up or down 1 kg but I have been pretty steady since week one. Well, I have resolved not to give up this time cause the weight it coming off as fast as I'd like. I have set Oct 11 as my goal date. That's my daughters 4th birthday and i have promised myself a new outfit for that occasion. Is that unrealistic? To lose 18 kg in 3 months? I got my Wii fit and have been using it (not as much as I should though). When school starts up again for the kids I will go to the gym and get a better workout. Till then its the Wii fit and swimming at the beach. Wish me luck!

You need 20 posts and 20 days registered to have a tracker for your signature.

Welcome to 3FC and good luck with your goals.

IMHO I think your goal is unrealistic.

Go for it... but the question is: What if you can't make it in time? Will you just stop and give up?

Don't get too fixated with the date or otherwise you're setting yourself up for failure. And always remember that any weight loss (and even maintenance at some points) - whatever the rate- is something positive.

Good luck!

How do you get a weight tracker after you've posted your 20 posts??
