Default I cant take it PART 2

So I am eating really good so far. Just wanted to share:

Breakfast I had:
2 hard boiled eggs just the whites
2 pieces turkey bacon
1 banana

Snack:
12 carrots
special k bar

Lunch:
Sandwich (wheat bread 100 cal) with oven roasted turkey
lettuce
onion
1 orange


thats it so far

That's kinda low in calories for breakfast, but it looks like your on the right track.

Good job! I agree your breakfast is a little dietetic for my tastes but we're all different . I tend to do best with a substantial breakfast and lunch and then light on the dinner.

But those are very good food choices, keep it up!

If you find you're ravenous in the afternoon, you might consider upping your breakfast calories, but I do fine on a small breakfast, so it's different for everyone. Keep aware of what you're eating, how you're feeling, your energy and hunger levels, etc. and you'll find the tweaks that make your plan work for YOU in no time.

Looks good to me! I have trouble w/breakfast as well. I have no appetite in the a.m., but I'm hoping after a few more weeks of "force feeding" myself breakfast, my body will start demanding it.
