Hola peeps! I am so glad to see my buds here! Yall are awesome! Let's get is started now! Anyone following any kind of plan or just thinking about it? Anybody exercising regularly??? I have been trying to do low carb since last week. I haven't been exercising tho. Will try to add that in the next few days. :-)

Just been more active by working outside of the house. Usually lunch is My big meal, dinner if thats what You want to call it is some piddly. Oh yeah, 115 degrees doesn't hurt either, constant sauna.

T, I know what you mean by the sauna effect. It is not quite that hot here, but very humid. I probably should increase my outside activity instead of avoiding it. JB and I totally redid the front bedroom this past weekend and it is so organized as a home office, but the treadmill is in there laid out nicely with a big ole tv and I plan to begin using it regularly. Not as good as the sauna effect but still a start. Baby steps, baby steps....:tread:.
At some point, we you all get used to things....pop over to the regular 40's something weekly chat. I am going to post there some too. Trying to get to know some of those ladies for regular support. Also, if ya like, fill out the bio on the forum. I did. Create a blog if ya like. I did. :write:Journaling has always helped me to do better at weight loss. You can also link your blog to your post so ppl can read it whenever and make comments. I always like comments ;):cheer:. Especcially encouraging ones!
