A big hello to all
This is a wealth of information here that I figured would be of great benefit to me since I have decided to try to lose some weight. I have been working out steadily for the past 3 weeks and already notice losing a few inches around my waistline. My diet still sucks so I figured I may get better results with trying to watch what I eat. Anyway it's nice to be in the company of those who can offer some support and may be sharing my same struggle.
