Hello...I'm new to the message board phenomenon, but I found this board and it looks like the perfect way to stay motivated!
I work full time, I go to school full time. I am married to a cop, and I have three cats. That's probably about all thats interesting about me!
I am looking to lose about 15 lbs, give or take depending on how it looks on me. I work as a health educator at a university, so I KNOW what I should be doing, its just the DOING part that gets hard! If I can learn to motivate myself, then I know it can be so helpful for many of my students.
