For those of you who use Wii Fit as your primary exercise, about how long do you do it per day? I try to aim for 30 minutes of cardio per day. Is this enough?
I would personally up it to 45 minutes. I love Wii Fit and I would never say its not a great weight loss tool but I definately do not get my heart beat up as much as I do when I go to the gym. Unless your running. I also find the hula hoop to be good.
I have Wii Fit and have recentaly purchased Wii Active. I feel like Wii Fit is more of a "game", where Wii Active actually gets you working. I would highly recommend getting Wii Active. Its a lot of fun
I got the Wii Active for my birthday, and love it! I also feel that it's a great workout - I'm always sweaty after and sore the next day. I like that the trainer corrects my form, so I know I'm doing the exercise right. I do Wii Active for 30 min and that's plenty for me. I'm also pretty out of shape at the momene, though.
