Hey Everyone, I am in a pickle. I am on phase 1, and my mother in law made Chile Colorado for dinner, which is stewed beef in red chile sause, can I eat it or should I avoid it? :?: Thanks

If....you were saying, "I can't NOT have just one tortilla, I would take my own Whole Wheat. Obviously, it would be much better if you just had the chile and avoided the starch for now.
