ok, so the scale read 177.6 today. I wanted to do a song and dance. But I just can't believe it yet. I have to see the 177s for 2 days straight to believe I made that.

If it's real--I will be ecstatic!

I just learned that term and i think I experienced it twice since then! happy dance! What's really exciting, remember that pesky scale reading 37% body fat--whether it's accurate or not. It went down to 35.5% That makes me happy!

well it is where you may not see the scale move for days but all of a sudden you wake up and weigh 1-2 lbs lighter. That's a whoosh. I have heard of higher whooshes but never experienced one.

Well done on the woosh I wooooshed today Was very exciting - by 5lb...but then I was ill last week and couldn't eat much but didn't lose weight so probably weight loss from that as well as this week. Hard to believe I really have dropped that much though!
