Hey, my name is Bre . I'm 16 years old and I weigh 142 lbs. I am considered overweight and I would like to get into a healthy range. My long term goal is to lose 20 lbs and finally be happy with the way I look. If anyone has any tips, please share them with me

Hi Bre,
My suggestion to someone 16 yrs old would be to try to drink lots of water and exercise some. Lose weight in a sensible way and not too quickly. You can do it if you set your mind to it.
